Meryl Streep Lists Tribeca Penthouse for Almost $25 Million

The four-bedroom spread on the far west side of Tribeca, next to the Hudson River, has been home to Ms. Streep, 69, and her husband, sculptor Don Gummer, 71, since 2006, when they paid $10.13 million for the apartment.
